Model 5800
Turret Test Handler

The WEB Model 5800 is a small footprint Turret Test Handler that is well suited for production volumes of small surface mount devices which are processed using either bulk vibratory bowl feed or tubes. The eight turret sites on the 5800 can be configured to perform several processes in one system; including part orientation, multiple test sites, mark inspection, lead inspection, and T&R or bulk output.

Minimize device handling by incorporating multiple process steps on a single handler platform . . . thus reducing package damage and improving overall process cycle time by only handling the device once.
